Treating process: 1. Exhausting whitening process:
BA: 0.05-0.3% (o. W. F. ), bath ratio: 1: 5-30, dyeing temperature: 40° C -100° C;
Na2SO4: 0-10g/l., start temperature: 30° C, heating rate: 1-2° C /min, keep the
Temperature at 50-100 for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30° C --> wash-->
Dry( 100° C ) --> setting (120° C -150° C )× 1-2 min( add proper amount
Leveling agent according to the leveling effect).
2. Padding Process:
BA: 0.5-3g/l, residue liquor ratio: 100%, one dip and nip --> dry( 100° C )
-->setting (120° C -150° C )× 1-2 min
Use: Mainly be used as brightener of cotton, linen, silk, polyamide fiber, wool and paper.
Package: It is packed in 20Kgs paper board bucket...It can be packed according to the requirement of the user.
